))))))) Chapter 1 “The Importance of Relevancy”

If search engines were super heroes Google would be superman and the question is how we do mere mortals catch superman attention?

   The reason is that Googles search AI is the best one out there and extremely difficult to cheat your way into and most eBooks focus mostly on teaching the reader tricks and tips to outwit Google. In the end the Google catches on and online webmasters and Marketers find themselves losing money and not getting the traffic ranking results they expected. What I’m looking to teach you here is a series of chapters of how to get noticed on Google through an ethical optimization of your website.

How Google evaluates websites?

Search engines use specific rules and scoring systems to rank web pages and they are all different from each other.  Google scores your website based on how close it is compared to the ideal website that is relevant to your own and rank it accordingly.

Some of the scoring details are:

• Title of the webpage and heading
  
• Number of inward links it has pointing to it
• How relevant the page is for the searchers specific search phrase
• 
  

An overall score is then calculated to determine where your website will appear in the search engines results. Google also collects information on your website through programs called spiders:

  Google spiders crawl their way on the internet collecting data from website to website nonstop through hyperlinks. Google then analyses the collected data and decides if it’s relevant enough to be placed in its search results and where in the search results to be placed.

  Don’t worry about Goggles spiders in your website since they are harmless and they don’t automatically enter every website into its search results because that would make its results less relevant and relevance it’s the number objective for Google.

  What lies underneath Google’s simple search Box is the algorithm it uses to position websites this is where the real power of Google can be found, exploited and profited. Align yourself with what Google is looking for and you cannot help but to reap its benefits.

How to get noticed by Google?

  Ok you created a website or blog but unfortunately the only people that know it exists are you or maybe your mom and girlfriend. The way to Goggles heart is through “relevance”, this is how Google has based its success on and if you follow its simple guide lines you can get to the top of its search results. Google will notice your site if it’s well-designed, unique and with relevant content. It’s key that when you design your website you misrepresent it with a non-descriptive title and heading. You should also learn and use the free tools that Google it has available. This is why I decided to use Blogger has the hosting mirror Portuguese site for this Blog and I try everyday to learn and master everything that Google has to offer. Aligning yourself with Google has much as possible will be the difference that will make your website more visible, with more traffic and most importantly generating an income you can deliver the lifestyle you believe to deserve.

  One the key factors to get noticed by Google in your rank position is link building from other sites. Google looks into how many links are pointing to your website and use this information to determine relevance. If it finds that the links to your website come from other websites relevant to yours and it uses relevant keywords, Google will recognize this and up your search rank. It’s really funny when some of my affiliates from Brazil talk about other websites similar to theirs as competitors when the truth is they are their best allies to improve their traffic rankings by link with them. The main thing to remember is to keep your content always relevant with the title and heading of your site and when you link your site with another site, make sure it’s relevant in its content with your own. You should also only link Blogs with Blogs and websites with websites.

Your success in getting a higher search rank in Google is intimately links with always keeping the content of your site relevant with the subject matter that is shortly described in the title and heading of your site, if you develop a meticulous attention to this simple but very important detail Google WILL see you and you will no longer have a website or Blog that is invisible but instead have the online presence you are looking for that Google can deliver better than anyone else.

Why Google?

Has you can see in the graph I have bellow Google accounts for more than half the search inquiries on the internet. Different statistical data sources can give you different numbers but one thing remains constant and that’s that Google is the number one search engine worldwide.

One must relinquish a common urge to route for the underdogs, this is not a sports team or athlete you are rooting for but a business  and you have to think like the mafia

   “Nothing personal it’s just business”

Don’t try to outsmart Google’s algorithm because it will eventually catch on to you and penalize you and you don’t want to burn a bridge with your strongest willing partner online.  Google makes its search results very difficult to bias or cheat your way into. Personally I find that Bing is more pleasant to use and more effective than Google, but unfortunately Google was the first search engine to innovate the search engine industry  and people like to stay loyal to what they already know how to use. The way I see it will take a whole new generation of web users to dethrone Google from the top and chances are you and I won’t be around to see that happen.

If your website is among Google’s top results for what your content is about, you will have a very high conversion rate for the campaigns you are promoting on your webpage. “Money talks and bullshit walks” don’t give Google any bullshit and stay true to what the content of what your website is supposed to be about. The 63.7% that Google as to offer is a lot of traffic and a lot of money that can easily come your way if you just play by the rules.
